I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of suggestions. If I want a suggestion I will search for it myself. Reading about Mindfulness has enabled me to analyze the thoughts and feelings that I would normally just broadly categorize as “anxiety causing” and move on. Unfortunately, there is no moving on.
